Contraindications for gastroscope
1. Significant heart and lung disease, cannot tolerate the gastroscopy examination.
2. Patients potentially presenting with life-threatening shock or gastrointestinal perforation.
3. Battling mental illness, the patient cannot cooperate with the gastroscopy examination.
4. Sudden, intense inflammation of the digestive system, particularly when accompanied by corrosive damage.
5. Evident thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm
6. Stroke

Colonoscopy Terms and Conditions
1. Verify whether the previous day included a low-fat, watery, low-residue liquid-based diet.
2. For morning examinations, fasting is required; begin taking bowel preparation medication the night before.
For afternoon examinations, consume a light liquid diet in the morning. Fasting begins at 8:00 AM, and bowel preparation medication must be taken exactly six hours prior to the procedure.
3. Kindly inform us in advance if you have a history of chronic medical conditions, such as (hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, among others.
4.Preparation Method for Intestinal Tract Examination (using three boxes of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder)
5. If you have previously undergone a barium meal examination or colonoscopy, you must bring the corresponding X-ray examination report or colonoscopy examination form.
6. To schedule your examination,please present your laboratory test results and electrocardiogram (ECG) test results.
7. Crucially, inform us immediately ,if you have taken anticoagulant medications (such as aspirin) within the past two weeks or have any known bleeding tendency.
8. Women must not undergo colonoscopy during their menstrual period (note: gastroscopy may still be performed).
Contraindications for gastroscope
1. Individuals with severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases;
2. Patients with acute diffuse peritonitis or abdominal organ perforation, such as intestinal perforation;
3. Individuals suffering from acute severe colitis, including acute bacterial dysentery, acute severe ulcerative colitis, and diverticulitis;
4. Patients presenting with severe anemia, shock, liver failure, or hepatic encephalopathy;
5. Individuals exhibiting severe stenosis of the anal and rectal canal, rendering endoscope insertion impossible;
6. Patients suspected of having intestinal perforation, intestinal fistula, extensive abdominal adhesions, or large amounts of ascites following pelvic and abdominal surgery;
7. Individuals over 70 years old, those with extremely poor physical condition, mental disorders, or in a coma;
8. Painless colonoscopy should be carefully considered during pregnancy.

Terms and Conditions
Aim for at least 6-8 hours to help stabilize blood pressure and heart rate.

Refrain from alcohol, caffeine, and sugary foods for at least 24 hours before your check-up.
Before the examination, please change into the wellness gown provided in your room. Female guests, please do not wear makeup, bras, or tight-fitting clothes. - Jewelry: Do not wear metal jewelry. You may remove it in advance and entrust them to your accompanying staff for temporary safekeeping.
It is recommended to avoid scheduling your check-up during your menstrual period, as it may affect test results.If you are in your menstrual period, we will cancel gynecological examinations based on your actual situation. - Meanwhile, hormonal fluctuations during menstruation may affect the results of some tests. We hereby inform you of this, and thank you for your understanding. If You Have Pre-existing Conditions –bring the medication to the Pre-Examination Center and take it after finishing the fasting tests.
You may wash your face and brush your teeth as usual (this will not affect the examination), but please avoid drinking, eating, and smoking. - If you need to take medication on an empty stomach in the morning, bring the medication to the Pre-Examination Center and take it after finishing the fasting tests.
If you have the habit of using the toilet in the morning, please be sure to collect your fecal sample. Ensure the sample does not come into contact with water or urine. - If you do not have this morning habit, you may bring the provided sample container (left in your room) to the Pre-Examination Center, and collect the sample whenever you feel the urge during the process.
